We understand that schedules can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Notice

• 24+ hours notice: Full reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee may apply
• No-show: Full session fee is charged

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
